Polyether polyols are selected for hydrolysis resistance, flexibility and cost efficiency in flexible and rigid foam, while polyester polyols offer higher mechanical strength and oil resistance for CASE and elastomer applications. Hydroxyl value and molecular weight then define flow behaviour, curing speed and final hardness.

Yes. Imported reference grades such as Lupranate, Voranol, Suprasec or Desmodur are regularly matched to Chinese equivalents, and equivalence is confirmed against key parameters including NCO content, hydroxyl value, viscosity and functionality before sampling.

Our technical team assists with polyol blend design, catalyst and surfactant selection, isocyanate index calculation and processing parameters such as temperature, mixing ratio and curing. Formulation consultation is provided without charge for evaluation projects.

Trial orders usually start from 1 drum (200 kg), and 5–25 kg samples are available for evaluation. Commercial shipments are typically quoted as 1 x 20' or 1 x 40' FCL depending on the product, packaging and destination.

Quotations for standard grades are usually sent within 24 hours on working days once we have the product, quantity, destination port and Incoterms. Requests that require grade matching or dangerous goods availability checks may take slightly longer.

FOB Ningbo or Shanghai is quoted as standard, and CIF, CFR, EXW or DAP pricing can also be provided to your destination port. Send us the port and we will return both FOB and CIF options for comparison.

Yes. Samples of most grades, typically 1–5 kg, are provided free of charge; only the courier cost is borne by the buyer and can be deducted from the first bulk order. Samples are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Every shipment includes the Certificate of Analysis (COA), commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. TDS and SDS are available on request, and dangerous goods shipments additionally include the dangerous goods declaration and UN packaging certificates.

Products supplied to EU customers are accompanied by Safety Data Sheets meeting REACH requirements, and SVHC declaration letters can be issued for the specific grade. Please state your target market and registration requirements when inquiring so registration status can be confirmed grade by grade.

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged at the buyer's request, including sampling, sealing and laboratory testing before the container is loaded.

Polymeric MDI and TDI typically have a 6-month shelf life in sealed original containers stored at 15–30°C, while polyether polyols are generally 12 months. Containers should stay closed and away from moisture and heat; crystallised MDI is reversible by gentle heating to 40–50°C.

Yes. DOTP (CAS 6422-86-2) and DINCH (CAS 166412-78-8) are non-phthalate plasticizers used where phthalate restrictions apply, including consumer goods, medical device PVC and toy-related applications, subject to the compliance documents required in your market.

TDI and most MDI grades are classified as dangerous goods (UN 2078, Class 6.1). They are shipped with UN-certified packaging, DG labels and full documentation, and DG acceptance together with vessel availability is confirmed for your destination port before quotation.

Standard options include 200 kg and 250 kg nitrogen-padded steel drums, 1000 kg IBC totes, ISO tank containers for bulk liquid and flexitanks for selected plasticizers and oleochemicals. Customised or private-label packaging is available subject to MOQ.

Typical transit times from Ningbo Port are about 7–10 days to Southeast Asia, 15–20 days to the Middle East, 25–35 days to Africa, 30–35 days to Europe and 30–40 days to South America. Dangerous goods may require specific vessel schedules, which we confirm together with the quotation.

LCL consolidation and courier shipments (DHL/FedEx) are available for samples and trial quantities of non-DG products. Unit freight cost is higher than FCL, so LCL is normally used for evaluation rather than regular supply.

T/T is accepted in the usual form of 30% deposit with the balance against copy of shipping documents, together with L/C at sight for larger contracts and Trade Assurance orders through Alibaba.com. Terms for repeat and long-term contracts can be discussed case by case.
