Technical Document Center
Documents are grouped by product line. Choose a product category to narrow the list, then search by document name, grade, CAS number or document type. Every card lists the document name, document type, product line, file name and file size, so the correct file can be identified before downloading.

Looking for a document that is not listed? TDS, SDS, COA samples and REACH or SVHC declarations are issued per grade and per batch. Send the grade and destination market and our technical team will return the relevant files, usually within 24 hours on working days.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right polyether polyol for my rigid foam application?
How do I choose the right polyether polyol for my rigid foam application?
Selection depends on the required thermal conductivity (lambda value), foam density, compressive strength, fire rating and processing method. As a general rule, lower hydroxyl value polyols (300-400 mg KOH/g) give lower viscosity and better flow, while higher values (400-500 mg KOH/g) deliver faster curing and higher crosslink density. Our DL and DB series polyols cover flexible and rigid foam grades. Send us your target foam properties and our technical team will recommend the exact grade.
What is the difference between Polymeric MDI (PM200) and TDI 80/20?
What is the difference between Polymeric MDI (PM200) and TDI 80/20?
Polymeric MDI (PM200, CAS 9016-87-9) is a multi-functional isocyanate used mainly for rigid foams, insulation panels, spray foam and binders; it offers lower vapor pressure and better thermal stability. TDI 80/20 (CAS 584-84-9) is a blend of 80% 2,4-isomer and 20% 2,6-isomer, used primarily for flexible slabstock and molded foams. If you produce flexible foam (mattresses, furniture), choose TDI 80/20; for rigid insulation or structural foam, choose PM200 or other polymeric MDI grades.
What is the shelf life of MDI and polyols, and how should they be stored?
What is the shelf life of MDI and polyols, and how should they be stored?
Polymeric MDI and TDI have a typical shelf life of 6 months when stored at 15-30°C in sealed original containers protected from moisture. Crystallization may occur below 15°C; it is reversible by gentle heating to 40-50°C. Polyether polyols (e.g. DL-2000D) generally have a shelf life of 12 months. Always keep containers tightly closed, avoid water contact, and store in a dry, ventilated area away from heat sources.
Are MDI and TDI classified as dangerous goods? How do you handle DG shipping?
Are MDI and TDI classified as dangerous goods? How do you handle DG shipping?
Yes. TDI and certain MDI grades are classified as Dangerous Goods Class 6.1 (toxic substances). We ship DG products with complete UN-certified packaging, DG labels, and full documentation including Dangerous Goods Declaration and MSDS. We have extensive experience shipping DG cargo by sea from Ningbo Port to all major routes, and we confirm DG availability for your destination port before quoting.
What packaging options are available?
What packaging options are available?
Standard packaging: 200 kg / 250 kg nitrogen-padded steel drums, 1000 kg IBC totes, and ISO tank containers for bulk shipments. DOTP and DINP plasticizers can be supplied in drums, IBCs or flexitanks. Custom packaging (e.g. private labels, drum liners) is available on request with a minimum order quantity.
What is your MOQ and typical lead time?
What is your MOQ and typical lead time?
Bulk chemicals (polyols, MDI, TDI, plasticizers) typically ship in full container loads (FCL), usually 1 x 20' or 1 x 40' container per product. Smaller trial quantities and samples are available for evaluation. Standard lead time is 7-14 days after order confirmation and payment, depending on product and quantity; rush orders can be accommodated on request.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide free product samples for most grades (typically 1-5 kg depending on product). The sample shipping cost is borne by the buyer (or covered by a courier account), but the sample cost is free and the shipping fee can be deducted from your first bulk order. Send us your application details and we will arrange the sample within 2-3 working days.
What payment terms do you accept?
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of shipping documents), L/C at sight for larger orders, and Trade Assurance orders through Alibaba.com for buyer protection. For first-time customers, we recommend Trade Assurance or L/C to secure both parties. Payment terms can be discussed for long-term contracts.
What documents do you provide with each shipment?
What documents do you provide with each shipment?
Every shipment includes Certificate of Analysis (COA), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin. MSDS and TDS are available upon request for all products. For DG cargo we additionally provide the Dangerous Goods Declaration and UN packaging certificates. We can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) before shipment at the buyer's request.
Are your products REACH compliant and ISO certified?
Are your products REACH compliant and ISO certified?
Our supply chain is ISO 9001 certified. Many products in our portfolio are REACH registered for the EU market; please specify your target market and compliance requirements when inquiring, and we will confirm registration status for the specific products. DOTP is a non-phthalate plasticizer suitable for markets with strict phthalate restrictions.
