How fast will I get a quotation?
We usually reply within 24 hours on business days. Tell us the product, the destination port and the target quantity, and we will return FOB and CIF pricing together with the TDS and COA.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Bulk grades normally ship from one FCL, while trial quantities such as one drum (200 kg), one IBC or a 1-5 kg sample can often be arranged. Please confirm the MOQ for your specific grade with our team.
Can I get a sample and the TDS before ordering?
Yes. Samples of about 1-5 kg and the full TDS are available for evaluation, and a COA is issued for each batch. Courier costs for samples are usually borne by the buyer and can be deducted from the first bulk order.
Which documents come with each shipment?
Every shipment includes the COA, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. TDS, SDS and REACH or RoHS declarations are available on request.
Do you quote FOB or CIF?
Both. Send us your destination port and volume and we will quote FOB Ningbo or CIF to your port, including the dangerous goods surcharge where the grade requires it.
