Open resourceDocuments on request
Files are issued per grade and per production batch rather than published as public downloads, so that the parameters you receive match the material you will actually be supplied. Send the grade and your market requirements and we will return the relevant documents, usually within 24 hours on working days.
- Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the specific grade, including hydroxyl value, viscosity @25°C, density and functionality
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) in the required language version and GHS format
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) sample showing the parameters tested for the production batch
- REACH documentation: SDS alignment, registration status confirmation and SVHC declaration letter where applicable
- Packing and shipping documents: dangerous goods declaration, UN packaging certificates and COA attached to the shipment

Using these resources
Where can I download TDS, SDS or COA files?
Documents are not published as public downloads because parameters are issued per grade and per production batch. TDS, SDS, COA samples and REACH or SVHC declarations are provided on request through the Technical Support Centre or the contact form, usually within 24 hours on working days.
Which resource should I read first?
For a new sourcing project the Complete Sourcing Guide 2026 gives the full workflow; then read the grade-specific guides for isocyanates, polyols or rigid foam, and use the Sourcing FAQ Hub for MOQ, documentation and payment questions.
Where do the market data figures come from?
The Market Data page compiles figures from published third-party research such as Fortune Business Insights and Grand View Research, and the source is cited next to each row so figures can be traced back to the original report.
Can you help match an imported grade to a Chinese equivalent?
Yes. Send the reference grade and its key parameters and we will propose a Chinese equivalent, confirming equivalence on NCO content, hydroxyl value, viscosity and functionality before samples are dispatched.
Do you publish price lists?
No public price list is maintained, because quotes depend on grade, quantity, packaging, Incoterms and destination port, as well as the current raw material market. Send the specification and port and we will return an indicative quotation.
How do I get formulation support?
Formulation assistance is handled through the Technical Support Centre, covering polyol blend design, catalyst and surfactant selection, isocyanate index calculation and processing parameters. Consultation is provided without charge for evaluation projects.
Cannot find the resource you need?
Tell us the grade, application and destination market. Our technical team will point you to the relevant guide, or prepare a specification and document set for your project.
